1. Company Identity and Legal Structure

We offer a one-off purchase of commemorative products and related digital services:

  • Physical memorial plaques
  • QR-linked digital tributes
  • Scheduled messages

No free trials or subscription services are offered.

3. Pricing, VAT and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in GBP and, where applicable, include VAT at the current rate.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Direct debit
  • Cash
  • Invoicing is issued within one business day of order confirmation.
  • Refunds and cancellations are permitted within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

4. Delivery, Shipping and Availability

  • Delivery area: United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
  • Carrier: Royal Mail
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 working days from dispatch
  • Shipping cost: Approximately £5 (final cost will be confirmed at checkout)

5. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content

  • Forever Unforgettable QR Ltd owns all rights, titles and interests in the trademarks “Forever Unforgettable QR” and in the company logo.
  • You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, audio, video, text). We will not remove or modify your content unless it breaches UK law.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, modify and distribute it in connection with our services.

6. Warranties, Liability and Disclaimers

  • Our plaques are manufactured to last at least 100 years.
  • If a plaque deteriorates due to weather or other environmental factors, and you supply photographic or other reasonable evidence, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Customer Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

  • All content you upload must comply with UK law.
  • Prohibited content includes anything illegal, defamatory or infringing on third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove any prohibited content. Repeated uploads of prohibited material may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Data Protection

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Our ICO registration number is UK00004153138.
  • Please see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on how we collect, use and store your personal data.

9. Variation, Suspension and Termination

  • We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on our website with at least 14 days’ notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you post prohibited content. A single breach may lead to suspension; repeated breaches may result in permanent deletion of your account.
  • You may delete any content you have uploaded at any time via your account dashboard.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  • Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to senior representatives of each party for negotiation in good faith.
